Free School Meals

If you have been entitled to Free School Meals at your previous school, you should be entitled at Tapton Sixth Form. The Council will let us know if you are entitled.

If you are entitled to Free School Meals, you will also be entitled to the 16-19 Discretionary Bursary, which you apply for separately.

Bus Pass

The 16-18 Zoom Travel Pass is available for all 16-18 year olds living in South Yorkshire. The pass is valid all year round, allowing you to travel for the concessionary fare of 80p per single journey on bus and tram services. You will also receive half price fare on Northern Rail Services, and benefit from a range of operator discounted tickets.

Passes are valid from 1 July and will be valid for 2 years, with an expiry date of 31^st July.

How To Apply

The quickest way to apply is online using a MyTSY account. Full details are available on http://www.travelsouthyorkshire.com/1618/

Applications can be made from 1 July and passes should be processed within 10 working days.

Alternatively, you can apply using a paper application form from any InterChange Customer Service Desk. Paper application forms can be returned to InterChange Customer Service Desks or by post to:

Applications will be processed within 21 working days. Passes will be posted to the customers home address which must be within South Yorkshire.
